Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Romeoville - Bolingbrook

I checked in on a Sunday 2-8-26, and the process was smooth and the gentleman was very friendly and booking a specific room I wanted which was the jacuzzi room. I am definitely completely overall satisfied other than it took a bit of time to drain the tub. I had ample towels during my stay all the linens were clean. All interactions with the employees were friendly and nice. I definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you all so much Yahuah Baruck you all.

Mark was absolutely amazing. He checked us in very quickly and professionally, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even when we had some confusion with our room, he immediately stepped in and resolved the issue fast and efficiently. Great location. Hotel right off looks nice. Nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As I booked our room on the wrong date. He was very understanding and switched our days around. We will be staying here again in the future. I highly recommend staying here.

Friendly staff. Coffee and tea available 24 hours in lobby. Breakfast was sufficient with options. Close to highway so there was so noise due to traffic. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Workout room was small but sufficient for my needs. Did not use the pool but it was clean.

Great place with a very cheap pet fee. Lots of room in adjacent lots to run a dog. The pool was very clean as well as the rooms. Breakfast was better than average for a free breakfast place with so many choices. Biscuits and gravy was a smash. Plus waffle. Rooms were very quiet.

I’ve been staying at Country Inn & Suites when I can because I know what to expect. Clean rooms and great staff. I was not wrong when I stayed here to attend a concert in Oswego.

One of the most meaningful aspects of my experience has been how the hotel handled a stressful personal situation. During my stay, I lost important personal items, including my ID and debit card. This could have easily turned into a major problem, but the staff at Country Inn & Suites helped turn it into a manageable situation. They allowed me to have my replacement ID and debit card sent directly to the hotel, which was a tremendous convenience and relief. Their willingness to work with me, within reasonable and professional boundaries, showed a level of understanding and flexibility that I truly appreciate. The team has also consistently made an effort to provide me with the best possible rates and deals available. It is clear that they are not just processing reservations, but actively trying to make sure guests feel that their business is appreciated. That attitude comes through in the way they speak to you, the options they offer, and the way they follow through on what they say. I would especially like to recognize Bobby, who stands out for his exceptional customer service. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for guests have been evident throughout my stay. Whether it is answering questions, helping with logistics, or simply checking in to make sure everything is going well, Bobby has consistently gone above and beyond. He represents the kind of front‑line service that makes a property memorable and keeps guests coming back. In addition to the outstanding service, the property itself is extremely well maintained. The rooms are very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the details: fresh linens, well‑kept bathrooms, and an overall sense of order and cleanliness throughout the room and common areas. At no point during my stay have I had anything negative to say about the condition of the property. Overall, my experience at the Country Inn & Suites in Romeoville has been excellent. The combination of a clean, well‑kept property, flexible and understanding policies, and truly exceptional staff—especially Bobby—has made a real difference for me during an important time.
